They are just cut and folded pieces of aluminium sheet.

I got chris who sells the kit to make me some, otherwise DIY would be reasonably easy having seen them.

Hi Gus,

We have had these reproduced. Its actually a four part kit (for each side of the car, 8 parts in total), that includes the two uprights, one for each side of the longeron and also two brackets that bolt to the top of these that the clam shell rests on.

They are lazer cut in ally with all of the holes in ready to bolt on. You will have to drill and insert riv nuts (or just nut and bolt) through your longeron.

We sell them for £65 + vat for a complete car set. Give us a call on 01384 240890 if we can help you out.

Yeah, I had thought about the DIY route, but decided that my fabricating skills were not good enough to make sure they look spot on once fitted !!!
