That looks very nicely made.
It looks exactly as I had in mine from Sector111
I considered my 1Kg extinguiser adequate to give me a fighting chance of getting out of a cockpit which was on fire but probably would not be sufficient to put out an established engine bay fire.

If you have power then the gearbox is a consumable. I had SSC 3rd 4th and FD, gearbox cooler running off a Stack gauge with the sender in the bottom of the box. The syncros would last 7k or so?? The gears were fine. The temps ( at Spa for instance) could go to 120+ or so without the cooler and 100 w...

I had the RLS carbon one with gold on the underside.
It would be easy to make in ali. There's basically two folds in it. I had it under the A/A I/C, a set up that was inherently shit, but kept it under the W/A I/C
