What are the numbers on the pot? Pot testing: a) Check span resistance (usually the two end contacts) b) Put DVM on one end and middle, rotate pot and note if reading changes smoothly or not (NB. Pot may be linear or log, so don't be thrown if mid-travel isn't half the span) c) Put DVM on other end ...

Fit the passenger side harness to the driver, that will get you going. Then just use a seatbelt for the passenger till you can get another/new set. Unless its sided, some harnesses can only go in one side of the car. These are - the ASM shoulder belt is on either left or right, depending on whether...

I was working on a rough cost of £11k for an Elise, then recouping say £4-5 of that from the combined pool of spares from both vehicles. Since the parts commonality means some things wouldn't need to be moved over, that would reduce the overall amount/cost of work. Being cynical for a moment, if you...

Renault 5 Maxi Turbo - fantastic car!

Before my Exige I had a Clio V6, so I guess the 5 Maxi was its grandfather :thumbup:

Characters are supposed to be 79mm tall and 11mm top/bottom border, so min. legal height of plate is 79+11+11=101mm.
