Yes and no. There is an official tool, but never got it to work with the engine in and gearbox fitted. As above, all VHPD's are manual tensioners. Apparently, the Piper belts may not have the correct tooth profile last thing I heard. Either Gates from ECP or RImmer brothers would be my first choice.
