Re: advice needed for wheel offsets

Can't really argue with your thinking, though they are a little heavier than most others available just with them being a generic off the shelf type of design. Hope you know that Seriously Lotus current has a sale on the TD 1.2 Pro:- http://www.seriouslylotus.com/wheels-tyres/wheels Plus Dave regula...

Re: advice needed for wheel offsets

Those offsets look about in the right sort of area for what you're trying to achieve.

Less offset gives a little more caliper clearance up to a point, depending on the wheels cross section.

Just out of interest, what's made you opt for the TD Pro 1.2?

Re: It's got WHAT drivetrain?!

Interesting that it says somewhere in that article that it's 'primarily front wheel drive', so it likely sends power to the rear axle in a similar way some of the other hybrid racers send it to the front when necessary. I like the fact that innovation still has a place, particularly in endurance rac...

Re: A proper use of carbon fibre

Fair comments Gav, I can't argue against your own findings, or yours Sean. I can only say that mine have always been very different with all the parts I've fitted over the years with no real issues, certainly nothing like you've unfortunately had anyway Gav. I think the only company that I've had no...

Re: My Lotus Sport Elise

Thanks again, This championship regularly uses all variations of Oulton and Anglesey and also goes to Cadwell, Donington and Mallory then occasionally Rockingham and Croft. The average grid size this year has been 32.2 so we've not used Oulton Fosters this year as the max. allowable grid size is onl...

My Lotus Sport Elise

Thought I'd post a pic of the amazing little Lotus Sport Elise that's been a huge part of my life for over a decade. This year was the first since I've owned it that I've ever made any sort of concerted effort on a title, and a couple of weeks ago I was finally able to give it the sort of result tha...
