Re: What "facts" about your lotus have you heard that are wrong

The thing that I found fascinating was that my RGB #138 had the Torsen LSD option specified from the factory, as confirmed by Andy Graham of Lotus Archives, but this is not on the original sales invoice, so the first owner (who perhaps ticked the option) was never charged for it by the supplying dea...

Re: Exige S RGB Register - is your RGB on this list?

Car is in for service at the moment and they helpfully printed the chassis number on the invoice, SCCLHHAC9BHC, and i can confirm my car is a 2011 MY Sorry, think I misled you - I believe all RGBs are 2011 models (i.e. identified by having 'B' in the 10th position). I guess the only way one can fin...

Re: Exige S RGB #138 - a journey towards perfection, well hopefully

Re: Exige S RGB #138 - a journey towards perfection, well hopefully

Great stuff, hopefully the car isnt' a let down after all this  Indeed, and I hope #138 is not jinxed! Set up needs more work as the rear toe seems to be out as the car appears to be loose on compressions. The Ohlins also may need a minor tweak - opted for a fast road set up (so not too stiff)...

She’s looking great! The weathers meant to be good at the weekend so hopefully you’ll be able to get some miles under your belt! 😎👍 Do you know which 2bular exhaust it is? The reason I’m asking is that I have the twin exit on mine and I would like something a bit louder (no tracks days). Thanks, ye...

Re: JUBU exige

Looks like a stealth fighter/bomber - form follows function, so no superfluous bits...

"ZEROtrack comes as a low-maintainance, arrive-and-drive track-tool for having fun on tracks without any effort"
- much like the Ferrari FXX, the owner never gets to take their car home.

It's been a while, and progress has been painfully slow, but the 'end is near', in a good way... :D Ohlins installed - before setup Front: https://i.imgur.com/1UBC4yu.jpg Rear: https://i.imgur.com/y3XYUGj.jpg Newly refurbished (powdercoated) undertrays and replacement 2bular exhaust: https://i.imgur...
