Nitron just called. Looks like I am going to have to put some new springs on as well due to corrosion.

I knew I should have bought a new S2 ...

I now have a reassuringly large bill for a nitron rebuild , with new springs and helper springs.

Share the damage, out of interest

Seems no matter how much you pay, aftermarket shocks need refurbing far more often than you'd like to think.

The coilovers have been refurbished and 4 new springs plus helpers purchased.

Sadly I have broken and had an op to remove my submandibular gland in my neck. This means I cant drive at the moment. So I cant collect my car. Really missing the exige TBH.

It will be going for a full alignment when I get it back then planning on Anglesey in 2020 and Blyton. I would like to do Donnington this year as well.
