Tillett B6 Screamer

Hello,

I have a Lotus Exige S2 cup 190 and want to buy 2 Tillett B6 Screamer.
I already test the seat in standard size, but I think I’m a bit too tight in. I’m afraid that the XL is too big…
I am 184cm, 85kg, 32 waist.
I think I’m between the S and the XL size…

Could you let me know what size you have and for what measurement?

Thank you very much for your help.

Hello!

I actually have a B6 screamer and a B6 XL 43.

The B6 screamer is snug on me, and by snug I mean I can sit in it and if its not bolted to the car it becomes my shell and every where I go the B6 comes with me.

The XL however is perfect size.

I am 181cm / 103Kgs / 36 waist.

I suspect the regular is the one you need, but your not used to it being snug?

Thank your for the answer (your neighbors must be laughing with your B6 hanging )

I like being well supported on track.
The standard seat I tried had the pads on it. I think this reduces the size of the seat.

You could be right with the pads - both are mine are padless.

I’m a similar size and I actually rattle around a little in an unpadded Standard B6 Screamer. Whilst steering I also get quite a bit of interaction between elbows and the tall front sides/edges.

If you’re planning on using an FHR it’s worth nothing that you can’t really use the Simpson head and neck style ones with pretty much any hard/unpadded seat as you end up with 2 solid materials clashing.

If in any doubt, Demon Tweeks currently have a good range of Tillett seats in their showroom and it’s well worth trying everything before you buy.

Thank you all for the answers.

I have a Hans system, not the Simpson.

I think I will buy the standard size with pads :ok_hand:
